Following a record equaling haul of 21 medals at the recent RIO2016 Paralympic Summer Games, Paralympics New Zealand are set to take Para-Sport to the New Zealand sporting public through their ACC Paralympics New Zealand Open Days in Auckland, Cambridge and Christchurch.
Auckland will play host to the first event in the series on Friday 21 October 2016, at AUT Millennium Institute of Sport and Health on Auckland’s North Shore.
Paralympics New Zealand are committed to the development of Para-Sports in New Zealand’s sporting community, as planning towards Tokyo 2020 begins.
Blind Sport New Zealand will be part of all three ACC Paralympics New Zealand Open Days, promoting New Zealand’s newest Paralympic sport Blind Football.
