Fixed Term, Part Time (20 hours per week), Auckland
Blind Sport New Zealand is the llead organisation for blind, deaf blind and low vision sport and physical recreation in New Zealand. We’re seeking someone to join our team in a fixed term, part time role. You will be a self-starter motivated to make a difference in this newly established part time Administration position and will not adverse to organisational change.
This role is Auckland based, located at the Blind Sport New Zealand national office at the Blind Foundation’s Parnell office.
Ideally we are looking for applications from experienced administrators with an understanding of the sport and funding sectors. While experience and understanding of disability sport and/or the blindness community is not a requirement, it would be of benefit to the successful applicant.
You will be an expert communicator with a drive to make a difference through sport and physical recreation, proficient in data entry (familiar with Microsoft applications and Xero), social media and website content management (including eNewsletter development). Familiarity with the funding environment and application processes is also desirable.
